DOCUMENTARY CAMERAMAN/ASSISTANT
I have wide experience working as a cameraman and assistant cameraman in documentary film and factual drama (docudrama). I have worked for most British production companies including Darlow Smithson, Tiger Aspect, Tigress, BBC and Impossible Pictures. I have traveled all over the world, working in many extreme environments: from camping in subzero temperatures on the Greenland icesheet to filming direct action in the refugee camps of the Palestinian Occupied Territories.
I am used to complex multicamera shoots, rigging minicams, operating jibs and dollys. I am comfortable shooting film or video/HD and have worked on all types of productions, from large budget IMAX documentaries (Bugs 3D, Lost Worlds - Life in the Balance) to self directed shoestring DV productions (Collective Punishment - selected at the Portobello Film Festival).
